In the middle of June, we headed to California for David's good friend, Danny's wedding in Newport Beach. Of course we couldn't go to California without making time for two things: 1. Stopping to see Matt and Michalle and 2. Going to Disneyland. We stayed with Matt and Michalle for the first two nights. They were so nice to let us stay. They took us to Chipotle the first night. It was yummy! I had never been before. The next day, David and I went to downtown LA to eat at LA Market (Hell's Kitchen anyone?). Then we went to the Getty Museum. It was beautiful. We had so much fun. Allie is the cutest little girl! She is so funny and smart! We loved playing with her and getting to see her more. Then we spent a day at Disneyland. We decided to go to California Adventure since neither David or I had been there. It was so fun. The basic Disneyland side is still the best but we had so much fun. The World of Color show they do at the end of the night at California Adventure is amazing! It put the Bellagio water show to shame. We loved it! Then we headed down to stay in Newport. We spent a day at the beach with Danny and his brothers and friends. Then the wedding was on Saturday. Megan and Danny were so happy and Megan looked absolutely beautiful. I loved her dress! The reception was on a yacht in Newport Harbor. How cool is that? We had so much fun on this trip. It was sad to head back to Utah on Sunday. Here are some of the pictures from the trip:

I'm so jealous of all your summer adventures! We've done nothing but hunker down and wait for this miserably hot, rainless TX summer to finally come to an end!
good times! allie loved having you over for the attention and cuddling. i'm glad you are willing to make the drive and fit us into your adventures, even if its only at nights that we get to hang out.
